The clerk was really helpful and made me feel confident about them. Then the mechanic did an excellent job in a very short time, was very honest, and told me all the details (older car so the job is difficult with all the corrosion). The prices are great for the quality of service. Especially because they saved me a lot of headache and money with their transparency.

We are so thankful for Gattari's! We were driving through NY State when we found out we had a slow leak in a tire. Gattari was the only place near us that answered the phone, and they were able to fix our tire immediately! The staff and owner were so friendly and we really appreciate everything they did for us.

Absolutely fantastic service through Rome pre-owned. I went there to get my back breaks done which was 800$, when I arrived they said my brakes still had life to them. Then I got my car inspected through them. It passed. So they saved me 800$. One thing I am pleased with it they are very honest with you. Thanks again Rome pre-owned

Fixed 2 leaks 1 oil and 1 antifreeze. Also found a loose ground wire. (Which was what i brought it in for.) Fixed all 3 things in a timely manor and price was reasonable. Very happy. This garage will definitely be my new go to for repairs.
